Chad K. Listman, Kauai

Unit 15

Why are you running for office?

I am running to strengthen lifeguards’ voices, improve working conditions and secure fair contracts. My experience in ocean safety and union leadership makes me a strong advocate for better wages, benefits and resources to support the safety and well-being of lifeguards statewide.

What are your goals?

For negotiations, I aim to secure competitive wages, improve job benefits, enhance workplace safety and ensure lifeguards receive the recognition and support they deserve. My goal is to create a strong unified team and workforce that is valued for its critical role in public safety.
