EUTF open enrollment extended to May 14

April 26, 2021

The EUTF open enrollment period for active employees has been extended to May 14, 2021.

Employees must submit completed enrollment forms to your employer by May 14, 2021. If you have already submitted your form and would like to make changes, please complete another form and write “Amendment" on the top right hand corner.

EUTF Rate Sheets
Updated rate sheets were posted to the EUTF website. For bargaining units that recently ratified new collective bargaining agreements (Units 2, 3 and 8) and all excluded employees, revised employee-employer contribution amounts are reflected in the rate sheets for those units.

For those bargaining units that rejected the employer’s package settlement offer (Units 4, 6, 9, 13, 14 and 15), negotiations are in progress. Current employer contribution amounts for these units will continue to apply until a new EUTF agreement is reached and funded. However, this means that employees would have to cover any premium increase beginning July 1, 2021, unless a negotiated agreement is reached and funded.
