Upcoming Landed Homebuying Information Sessions

Since launching in Hawaii one year ago, Landed has already helped 17 educators and staff successfully purchase a home with their shared equity down payment program, and connected hundreds more with free homebuying resources.
Landed’s down payment program provides employees in education with up to $120,000 towards the down payment on a home. This program is open to all employees—teachers, staff, and administrators—who have worked in public education for at least two years. You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer to participate.
For any employees in education in Hawaii interested in learning more, Landed is hosting two online information sessions about their down payment program and other homebuying resources. Interested participants can RSVP here:
